Gift card terms & conditions
  1. LURIA gift cards are redeemable on the LURIA website only and have no expiry date.
  2. Cards are issued and activated only after successful payment. Balances are held in BHD and converted to the selected store currency at the current exchange rate when redeemed; currency equivalents may change with exchange rates.
  3. Use your balance across multiple orders until exhausted. Pay any remaining order amount with an available payment method.
  4. Balances cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card.
  5. Keep your code and PIN private. Anyone holding these details may use the card.
  6. Returns follow LURIA’s return policy. The eligible gift-card-paid portion is restored to the card; other amounts follow the original payment method. Partial-refund allocations are reviewed.
  7. Cards may be suspended while suspected unauthorised use is investigated. A cancelled or refunded card purchase disables its associated card; any previously spent balance requires review.

  6. الاسترجاع يخضع لسياسة لوريا: يُعاد الجزء المستحق والمدفوع بالبطاقة إلى رصيدها، ويُعامل الباقي حسب وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. تتم مراجعة توزيع المبالغ في الاسترجاع الجزئي.
