Most LURIA pieces are prepared and adjusted to each customer’s requested measurements and details.

Before confirming your order

Please check your body or abaya measurements, length, color, and any extras or special notes, such as snap fasteners or a zipper.

We are always happy to help you confirm your measurements before production. 🤍

Production time

Standard production takes approximately 10 days and may extend to two weeks, depending on the design and order volume.

Order confirmation & payment

Preparation begins once your order is completed and confirmed. We do not accept deposits or partial payments, as materials are reserved and preparation begins according to your order details.

Fabric or design changes

You may request a different fabric or adjustments to a displayed design to suit your preferences.

Fabric changes, design adjustments and special details are arranged directly through WhatsApp to confirm material availability and feasibility before confirming your order.

A design created for you

We welcome bespoke requests for a piece designed especially for you. ✨

By agreement, your design can remain private without being featured on LURIA’s accounts.

Bespoke design fees are charged separately and cover research, design, and selecting and preparing the details and materials suited to your requirements.

Returns

As most pieces are prepared to your requested measurements and details, returns are not available once the order has been produced.

If the error is on LURIA’s side

If an error in sizing, design or agreed production details is confirmed to be our responsibility, we cover the full alteration cost and delivery or shipping to and from LURIA.

Alterations due to measurements or changed details

If an alteration is needed because of inaccurate measurements or information supplied by the customer, or a change requested after production, the fee is 10–20 BHD, depending on the alteration, plus delivery or shipping to and from LURIA.

Sending a piece for alteration

Please send only the piece requiring alteration. If your abaya needs adjusting, there is no need to include the shila. This helps keep it safe and makes collection and return easier.

Within Bahrain

The delivery fee is 2 BHD.

Outside Bahrain

You pay only 5 BHD toward standard shipping, and LURIA covers the remaining cost.

Express or special shipping

These services are charged separately according to the destination, parcel weight and courier rates.

Urgent orders within Bahrain

Orders can be prepared in approximately 3 days, subject to availability, for a 10 BHD rush fee.

Urgent orders to GCC countries

Timing depends on the destination and shipping service. For orders required to arrive in less than one week, express shipping is charged separately according to parcel weight and courier rates.

Urgent orders outside the GCC

Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 days to one week, depending on the destination and available shipping service.

Ready pieces

A limited selection of ready pieces in specific sizes may be available. Within Bahrain, please allow 2–3 days before delivery for sizing adjustments or required alterations.

Blazers & additional pieces

The price of a blazer or abaya blazer does not include additional pieces unless clearly stated in the product description.

Dresses, shirts, tops, trousers, shilas and other additional pieces are ordered separately and can be added according to your preference.
