معظم قطع LURIA تُجهّز وتُضبط حسب المقاسات والتفاصيل المطلوبة لكل زبونة.

قبل تأكيد الطلب

يرجى التأكد من جميع التفاصيل قبل إرسالها، بما يشمل:

• مقاسات الجسم أو العباية.
• الطول واللون.
• أي إضافات مثل الطقطق أو السحّاب.
• الملاحظات والتفاصيل الخاصة.

مدة التنفيذ

مدة التنفيذ المعتادة حوالي 10 أيام، وقد تصل إلى أسبوعين حسب طبيعة التصميم وضغط الطلبات.

نعتني بدقة التنفيذ والتشطيب لنقدم لكِ قطعتكِ بأفضل جودة ممكنة.

تأكيد الطلب والدفع

تبدأ إجراءات تجهيز الطلب بعد إتمامه وتأكيده. لا نعتمد العربون أو الدفع الجزئي، لأن الخامات تُحجز ويبدأ التجهيز وفق تفاصيل طلبكِ.

تغيير القماش أو الموديل

يمكنكِ تغيير القماش أو تعديل الموديل المعروض بما يتناسب مع ذوقكِ ومتطلباتكِ.

تُنسّق طلبات تغيير الخامة أو الموديل والتفاصيل الخاصة مباشرة عبر WhatsApp، للتأكد من توفر الخامات وإمكانية تنفيذ التعديلات قبل تأكيد الطلب.

تصميم خاص لكِ

يسعدنا استقبال طلبات التصميم الخاص لقطعة مصممة خصيصًا لكِ. ✨

يمكن تنفيذ التصميم بخصوصية دون عرضه على حسابات LURIA عند الاتفاق على ذلك.

تُحتسب رسوم التصميم الخاص بشكل منفصل، وتشمل الوقت المخصص للبحث والتصميم واختيار وتجهيز التفاصيل والخامات المناسبة لمتطلباتكِ.

الاسترجاع

لأن معظم القطع تُجهّز حسب المقاسات والتفاصيل المطلوبة، لا يتوفر الاسترجاع بعد تنفيذ الطلب.

إذا كان الخلل من طرف LURIA

إذا ثبت وجود خلل من طرفنا في المقاس أو التصميم أو تفاصيل التنفيذ المتفق عليها، نتكفل بالكامل بتكلفة التعديل وتكاليف التوصيل أو الشحن من وإلى LURIA.

التعديل بسبب المقاسات أو تغيير التفاصيل

إذا كان التعديل ناتجًا عن مقاسات أو معلومات غير دقيقة زوّدتنا بها العميلة، أو رغبة في تغيير التفاصيل بعد التنفيذ، تتراوح تكلفة التعديل بين 10 و20 د.ب حسب نوع التعديل، بالإضافة إلى تكاليف التوصيل أو الشحن من وإلى LURIA.

عند إرسال قطعة للتعديل

يرجى إرسال القطعة المطلوب تعديلها فقط. إذا كان التعديل على العباية، فلا حاجة لإرفاق الشيلة، حفاظًا عليها وتسهيلًا للاستلام والإرجاع.

داخل البحرين

رسوم التوصيل 2 د.ب.

خارج البحرين

تتحمل العميلة 5 د.ب فقط من تكلفة الشحن العادي، وتتكفل LURIA بباقي التكلفة.

الشحن المستعجل أو الخاص

تُحتسب هذه الخدمات بشكل منفصل حسب الدولة والوزن وتسعيرة شركة الشحن.

المستعجل داخل البحرين

يمكن تجهيز الطلب خلال 3 أيام تقريبًا عند توفر الخدمة، مقابل رسوم استعجال 10 د.ب.

المستعجل إلى دول الخليج

تختلف المدة حسب الدولة وخدمة الشحن. للطلبات المطلوب وصولها خلال أقل من أسبوع، تُحتسب تكلفة الشحن المستعجل بشكل منفصل حسب الوزن وتسعيرة شركة الشحن.

المستعجل إلى الدول خارج الخليج

تتراوح مدة التوصيل التقريبية من 3 أيام إلى أسبوع، بحسب الوجهة وخدمة الشحن المتاحة.

القطع المتوفرة للتسليم الفوري

تتوفر أحيانًا قطع جاهزة محدودة بمقاسات محددة. داخل البحرين، تحتاج القطعة عادةً إلى يومين إلى 3 أيام قبل التسليم لضبط المقاس أو إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة.

البليزرات والقطع الإضافية

سعر البليزر أو بليزر العباية لا يشمل القطع الإضافية، إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك بوضوح ضمن وصف المنتج.

الفستان، القميص، التوب، البنطلون، الشيلة وغيرها تُطلب بشكل منفصل، ويمكنكِ اختيارها وإضافتها حسب رغبتكِ.

Most LURIA pieces are prepared and adjusted to each customer’s requested measurements and details.

Before confirming your order

Please check all details before submitting them, including:

• Body or abaya measurements.
• Length and color.
• Extras such as snap fasteners or a zipper.
• Special notes and requirements.

We are always happy to help you confirm your measurements before production. 🤍

Production time

Standard production takes approximately 10 days and may extend to two weeks, depending on the design and order volume.

We take care with every detail and finish to deliver your piece with the best possible quality.

Order confirmation & payment

Preparation begins once your order is completed and confirmed. We do not accept deposits or partial payments, as materials are reserved and preparation begins according to your order details.

Fabric or design changes

You may request a different fabric or adjustments to a displayed design to suit your preferences and requirements.

Fabric changes, design adjustments and special styling requests are arranged directly through WhatsApp so we can confirm material availability and whether the changes can be made before confirming your order.

A design created for you

We welcome bespoke requests for a piece designed especially for you. ✨

By agreement, your design can remain private and will not be featured on LURIA’s accounts.

Bespoke design fees are charged separately and cover research, design, and selecting and preparing the details and materials suited to your requirements.

Returns

As most pieces are prepared to your requested measurements and details, returns are not available once the order has been produced.

If the error is on LURIA’s side

If an error in sizing, design or agreed production details is confirmed to be our responsibility, we cover the full alteration cost and delivery or shipping to and from LURIA.

Alterations due to measurements or changed details

If an alteration is needed because of inaccurate measurements or information supplied by the customer, or a change requested after production, the alteration fee is 10–20 BHD, depending on the work required, plus delivery or shipping to and from LURIA.

Sending a piece for alteration

Please send only the piece that needs alteration. If your abaya needs adjusting, there is no need to include the shila. This helps keep it safe and makes collection and return easier.

Within Bahrain

The delivery fee is 2 BHD.

Outside Bahrain

You pay only 5 BHD toward standard shipping, and LURIA covers the remaining cost.

Express or special shipping

These services are charged separately according to the destination, parcel weight and courier rates.

Urgent orders within Bahrain

Orders can be prepared in approximately 3 days, subject to service availability, for a 10 BHD rush fee.

Urgent orders to GCC countries

Timing depends on the destination and shipping service. For orders required to arrive in less than one week, express shipping is charged separately according to parcel weight and courier rates.

Urgent orders outside the GCC

Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 days to one week, depending on the destination and available shipping service.

Ready pieces

A limited selection of ready pieces in specific sizes may be available. Within Bahrain, please allow 2–3 days before delivery for sizing adjustments or any required alterations.

Blazers & additional pieces

The price of a blazer or abaya blazer does not include additional pieces unless clearly stated in the product description.

Dresses, shirts, tops, trousers, shilas and other additional pieces are ordered separately and can be added according to your preference.
