To ensure the highest quality and a perfect experience, please review our policy before confirming your order:
1. Custom Execution & Fit
Custom Made: All designs are executed according to the specific measurements provided by the customer.
The Fit: Our cuts are designed to be a “Fit” style on the body, as per the nature of each specific design.
2. Customer Responsibility
Measurement Accuracy: The customer bears full responsibility for providing accurate and precise measurements.
Inaccurate Details: In the event of incorrect measurements provided by the customer, LURIA is not liable for any modifications, returns, or financial compensation.
3. LURIA’s Quality Guarantee
We take full responsibility for our work. LURIA will be liable only in the following cases:
An execution error made by our tailoring team.
A clear and significant deviation from the agreed-upon design.
Resolution: In such cases, we will provide appropriate compensation or re-execute the design, depending on the situation.

Please double-check all measurements before finalizing your order. Completing the checkout process constitutes full agreement to these Tailoring & Sizing terms.
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes a rigorous inspection process before shipping, including: ✔ Stitching quality check. ✔ Fabric integrity inspection. ✔ Size accuracy verification. ✔ Final finishing and cleaning.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect: Please provide a video within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once verified, we will arrange an immediate replacement for you.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We partner with reliable carriers (Boxout, Aramex, and SMSA) to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Processing Time: Since our pieces are Made to Order, please allow 10 working days for tailoring and preparation.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 14 days from the date of confirmation.
GCC & Worldwide Shipping: Once dispatched, international delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain our high standards of hygiene, quality, and exclusivity for every client, all sales are final.
No Returns / No Exchanges: Every piece is crafted specifically for you or produced in limited quantities. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untouched, and pristine garment.
